How should I store my MitoQ?
Temporary high or low temperatures should not affect the product. The potency of our supplements would only be affected if it were left sitting in heat for weeks as prolonged exposure to temperatures that are too cold (in your fridge) or beyond 77◦F
Can MitoQ be taken alongside other medications?
MitoQ has been extensively tested for safety but not for interactions with prescription medicines. Please consult your physician.
Can I take MitoQ with other supplements?
MitoQ can be taken in combination with your other supplements. Some of our products do have vitamins and minerals in them, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your intake levels of those so that they stay within the recommended range.
What is the recommended daily dose?
The recommended daily intake is 10mg of mitoquinol mesylate per day. There is 5mg of mitoquinol mesylate per capsule and therefore you will need to take 2 capsules per day for a standard dose as described on the product label.
Why is the dose only 2 capsules?
The recommended daily dose of mitoquinol mesylate is 10mg (2 capsules) per day. The dosage is small in comparison to other CoQ10 supplements because mitoquinol mesylate is a much more potent form of CoQ10, as it's been biodesigned for better absorpti

Benefits from taking a dietary supplement are based on a healthy population. We cannot advise on specific weight tolerance. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider to make sure supplementation with MitoQ is right for you.
Can I take MitoQ after the expiry date?
We do not recommend consuming MitoQ once the expiry date has passed.
Can I open the capsule if I have trouble swallowing it?
If you have trouble swallowing pills, we suggest you start with one capsule at a time. Place the capsule at the far end of the tongue, take a sip of water and tilt your head back to easily swallow. If you continue to have difficulty swallowing pills
